2. Service Description

AuctionBotPro is a bid sniping tool that places bids on ShopGoodwill auctions in the final seconds before they close. The Service interacts with the ShopGoodwill API to execute bids on your behalf. Bids may be routed through residential proxy services to maintain session consistency.

3. ShopGoodwill Terms of Service

You acknowledge and accept that the use of AuctionBotPro may violate ShopGoodwill's Terms of Service. ShopGoodwill's terms may change at any time, and it is your sole responsibility to monitor and comply with their current terms. By using AuctionBotPro, you accept all risks associated with using automated bidding tools on ShopGoodwill, including but not limited to:

• Account suspension, restriction, or permanent ban by ShopGoodwill
• Forfeiture of active bids, won auctions, or account balance
• Loss of bidding privileges or account access
• Any other action ShopGoodwill may take against your account

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must have a valid ShopGoodwill account
• You are responsible for all bids placed through this tool
• You must provide accurate bid amounts — all bids are binding
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials
• You agree not to use this tool to engage in bid manipulation or fraud
• You are responsible for monitoring ShopGoodwill's terms of service for changes

5. No Guarantees

AuctionBotPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Bids will always be placed successfully
• You will win any auction
• The service will be available without interruption
• Price research results are accurate or complete
• Proxy connections will always be available or functional

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuctionBotPro, its creators, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to: failed bids, overbids, missed auctions, financial losses, or any actions taken by ShopGoodwill against your account (including suspension, restriction, or ban). You use this Service entirely at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Disclaimer

Some of the data and images presented by AuctionBotPro are the property of ShopGoodwill.com, Goodwill Industries International, Inc., and/or its associated companies. AuctionBotPro is a third-party application and no affiliation or sponsorship is to be implied between AuctionBotPro and any of these entities.

Trademarks, service marks, brand names, and logos are the properties of their respective owners and are used on this site for descriptive purposes only. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

8. Proprietary Software

AuctionBotPro is proprietary software. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface.
