AuctionBotPro is an auction sniping tool for ShopGoodwill. We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your data secure.
2. Data Collection
Your ShopGoodwill credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. Session tokens expire automatically after 7 days. Bid history and snipe records are stored securely in our database.
3. Third-Party Services
AuctionBotPro communicates with the following external services:
- ShopGoodwill API — to search, browse, and place bids on your behalf
- Authentication — user authentication and account management. Your login credentials are stored securely in our own database infrastructure
- Residential Proxy Service — your bid requests may be routed through residential proxy IPs to maintain session consistency and reduce detection risk. Only your proxy location preference (state/city) is stored; proxy credentials are managed by the service operator
- Firecrawl (optional) — for price research across marketplaces, if enabled
- Google Fonts — to load Inter and Space Grotesk typefaces
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to store your session token and theme preference. Authentication cookies may be set for secure login sessions. No tracking cookies are set. No analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.
5. Data Retention
Session tokens automatically expire after 7 days. Bid history and snipe records are retained until you delete them. You can manage your data through the Settings page.
